This Privacy Policy explains how PUFFY s.r.o. processes your personal data when you shop at onemorepuff.com, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

Identification and contact details (name, address, e-mail, phone), order and transaction data, delivery data, communication with us, and technical data (IP address, cookies, device and browsing information).

- Performance of the purchase contract – processing and delivery of your order (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Compliance with legal obligations – accounting and tax records (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
- Legitimate interests – security, fraud prevention and improvement of our services (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Consent – sending newsletters and marketing, where applicable (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR); consent can be withdrawn at any time.
4. Recipients
