1. Introductory provisions

These terms and conditions apply to purchases in the onemorepuff.com online store, operated by PUFFY s.r.o., with its registered office at Uralská 689/7, 160 00 Prague 6 – Bubeneč, Company ID: 24370321, VAT ID: CZ24370321. Relations are governed by the law of the Czech Republic.

2. Order and purchase contract

The presentation of goods is informative. The buyer submits an order by completing and confirming the order form. The purchase contract is formed upon delivery of the seller's acceptance of the order to the buyer's e-mail. Prices include VAT.

3. Price and payment

The buyer pays the purchase price and shipping costs by the methods stated at checkout. For cashless payment, the price is due upon completion of the order.

4. Delivery of goods

The terms and prices of shipping are set out in the "Shipping" policy. Goods are usually dispatched within 24 hours on business days.

5. Withdrawal, complaints

The consumer's rights to withdraw from the contract (14 days) and to file complaints are governed by the separate "Refund policy". The warranty period is 24 months.

6. Protection of personal data

The processing of personal data is governed by the privacy policy available in the store footer.

7. Age limit and legal compliance

Purchases are intended exclusively for persons over 18 years of age. The buyer acknowledges that statutory limits differ across individual EU countries and is obliged to verify, before purchasing, whether the product is legal in their country.

8. Final provisions

The Czech Trade Inspection Authority (coi.cz) is competent for the out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes. The seller reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions.
