Withdrawal from the contract (returns)

A buyer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason (§ 1829 of the Czech Civil Code). Withdrawal must be sent within this period to info@onemorepuff.com or submitted directly via your customer account.

Return the goods within 14 days of withdrawal, undamaged and complete. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer. We will refund the money within 14 days using the same method by which we received the payment, but no earlier than after the returned goods are delivered to us.

Exceptions

Pursuant to § 1837 of the Czech Civil Code, withdrawal is not possible for goods in sealed packaging that have been removed from the packaging and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, and for goods subject to rapid decay.

Complaints (warranty claims)

The goods are covered by a 24-month warranty. File a complaint by e-mail at info@onemorepuff.com with a description of the defect, the order number and, where applicable, a photograph. We will handle the complaint within 30 days at the latest.
